20 Mil Commercial-Grade Wear Layer
Most 6mm vinyl in Canada carries a 12 mil wear layer. FloorSense carries 20 mil — the thickness usually reserved for 8mm and thicker planks. Authentic embossed wood grain, over a surface built to shrug off pets, kids, and everyday traffic.
High-Density Rigid SPC Core
4.5mm of full-extruded stone-polymer composite, built to stand up to heavy furniture, rolling chairs, and constant foot traffic. Rigid rather than flexible, so it stays flat and stable through Ontario's humidity swings — From kitchens, basements, entryways, to sun-filled rooms, FloorSense has you covered.
1.5mm Pre-Attached Acoustic Pad
With a 1.5mm EVA underlayment is already bonded to every plank — nothing separate to buy, cut, or tape. It softens every step and quiets the room at IIC 73. One less product to source. One less step on install day.
