FloorScore® Certified
Independently certified for indoor air quality with very low VOC emissions (TVOC ≤ 0.5 mg/m³) — easy on homes, kids, and pets.
Wear, Fade & Stain
Protected against wear-through of the 20 mil wear layer, permanent fading, and staining from normal household cleaning.
Structural Integrity
No delamination of the rigid core, and the Välinge 5Gi locking system won't fail under normal use.
Coverage applies to residential and light commercial use and assumes installation and care per our guidelines. Impact and pet damage, improper maintenance, and heavy/high-traffic commercial use are not covered. The Waterproof Promise
The Escarpment Series is built on a 100% waterproof rigid SPC core — so it stands up to kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and basements where other floors can't. Spills, damp mopping, pet bowls, tracked-in snow, and wet boots are no problem.
Like every rigid-core floor, it's waterproof from the surface down. To keep it performing for decades, simply wipe up standing water, seal around wet fixtures, and make sure your subfloor is dry and properly prepared before installation.
